The Luxury League Creator in Residence Programme

One of the primary objectives of the Luxury League is to strengthen the interaction of the global luxury industry with India. Part of this interaction is to learn how to brand India’s luxuries to appeal to a global market and to create an environment conducive for creative thinking and enhancing the body of knowledge and competence.

To promote this endeavour, The Luxury League is launching a Creator in Residence programme where in an Indian artisan or craftsperson will intern with a world-class luxury company in France. Each year one Indian artist will be chosen for a one-month internship with a suitable French business house. The Luxury League will conduct a pan-India talent search from the field of leather, perfume, jewelry, textiles, fashion or any related artistic field with the potential to create a global brand. The creator would be housed and the cost of their stay will be financed in some combination by The Luxury League.

This CREATOR IN RESIDENCE PROGRAM was announced at The Luxury Symposium on April 7th, 2017.
