It is an appropriate time to unite with Hon’ble Prime Minister’s ‘Make in India’ initiative to brand Indian luxury globally and raise awareness in market development & market penetration activities in this segment. Such initiative is not only path breaking but also adds to creating specialized study & research into responsible luxury.
I am hopeful that ‘The luxury League Round Table 2017’ will globally promote Indian Talents – weavers & craftsmen, thus celebrating the importance of Design & Innovation on one hand and providing a platform to promote the nation’s global image through its heritage & culture on another.

I would like to congratulate Ms. Ritu Beri and The Luxury League for organising an event on 22nd September, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, New Delhi, to promote the concept of global image building of India through the Heritage of our culture. Her efforts to make India a luxury destination are highly commendable and praiseworthy.
It is an opportune time to organise and also speak about Chandigarh and its great success with discussions on furniture designed by Le Corbusier.
